Before You Arrive For Your Session
It's not so easy remembering what day it is given that our normal schedules have been so disrupted, so a confirmation call the day before is always a good idea. We'll also use this time to do a little extra screening to make sure its safe to work.
Your day before reminder call or text will include the following screening questions:
Have you had a fever in the last 24 hours of 100 degrees or above?
Do you now, or have you recently had, any respiratory or flu-like symptoms, shortness of breath, sore throat, or other symptoms associated with COVID-19?
Have you been in contact with anyone in the last 14 days who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or has any of the symptoms associated with COVID-19?
If you reply yes to any of these questions, you will be asked to reschedule without penalty.
I will also explain any new policies and protocols, including re-affirming that you must be wearing a mask when you arrive for your session, as well as the required in session wearing of masks and how we will work together to ensure your breathing comfort during your session.
I will ask that you arrive showered and in clean clothing that has not been worn anywhere else prior to your session.
